At our RV park & marina in Tennessee, you will find everything you need for a carefree stay.  All concrete roads, level campsites with full hookups and 50-amp service, easy in and out for all size trucks, campers and RVs makes staying with us a breeze.  Our Tennessee RV campground amenities also include a laundry room, bathhouse, private boat launch ramp, gas pump and easy access boat docks.  We also have a pavilion with seating for up to 75 people to host your private party or reunion.

Chickamauga Lake, named after an Indian tribe, has 810 miles of shoreline and offers boating, swimming, fishing, water skiing and jet skiing.  Dayton is home to the famous Rhea County Courthouse, a designated National Historic Landmark and site of the infamous Scopes Trial, changing the way evolution is taught in schools.  You will also find great hiking trails nearby, including the beautiful Laurel-Snow Pocket Wilderness Trail.  There are plenty of ways to enjoy the fine Tennessee outdoors from your base at Blue Water RV Resort and Marina!
